Malloy Says Dropout Rate has Real Economic Consequences for Communities Across Connecticut

Malloy responds to HS graduation rates. Democratic candidate for Governor and former Stamford Mayor Dan Malloy today released the following statement in response to news that Connecticut’s high school graduation rates are significantly lower than predicted.  Instead of the 92 percent graduation rate that was estimated, in 2009 the actual number of students getting their diplomas in four years was less than 80 percent.
