Former Stamford Mayor Dan Malloy was joined today by a number of political leaders from Connecticut’s Northwest Corner as they publically announced their support of his potential candidacy for Governor. Supporters from Litchfield, Torrington and many other area towns gathered in their effort to “help elect Dan Malloy as Connecticut’s next Governor.”
Malloy, who has been meeting with local political and community leaders in the region in recent months, gathered with the large group on Wednesday at the offices of Democratic State Central Committeewoman Audrey Blondin. Malloy said he was “gratified by the outpouring of support.”
